“Product ok. However waited 3 months to receive as the delivery kept changing. First time customer for lighting direct but would probably not come back as the customer service has been abysmal. Called customer services the automated system advised me to email. Emailed customer services 4-5 times and never actually received an answer to my queries. Just a generic automated response telling me that i am a valued customer. This however means nothing if my queries aren't actually answered. To date 4 months on I am still yet to receive a satisfactory reply. Grossly underwhelmed.”
