“The service of the lighting company was brilliant, well packed and quick, but the lights were rubbish 3 out of 10 lights worked. I’m sure the company would have replaced them if I had contacted them , but I couldn’t be bothered. I’m sure it’s a brilliant company.”

“This product is very pretty and reliable for a solar powered unit, although quite costly. The service I received from Lighting Direct was outstanding. One of the bulbs was broken on arrival, so I let their customer care know as they asked for feedback, but without any expectation. To my surprise I received an email within the hour (on a weekend!) and a replacement set within 48 hours (no quibbles). Debs you’re a star in my galaxy. Nick”
