I am sorry you are disappointed with your lights. Solar lights need to be left outside to charge initially. They will seldom work straight out of the box. Returns for any reason can be initiated via our website 24 hours a day / 7 days a week with collections of the product in question available directly from customer's premises. “These are lovely solar lights. Good quality and work nicely. The led bulbs are sort of woven into the copper wire and are nice and bright. Brighter than I expected. I’ve used these to wrap gently around a small olive tree and it has given a very nice effect. Would buy again.”
