“Unfortunately I did not receive the product I saw advertised. Mine had a small 5mm hole, badly drilled, in the centre of the lowest piece of the shade. I asked whether this was a manufacturing mistake to be told it’s to let heat out! Astonished! Why not logically put such a hole in the top, out of sight, hot air as you may have learn’t at school rises you know! :) I have returned the item as looks awful with a hole drilled badly in it. Say no more but if trying to sell something be open about something like this, surely this is not real...drilling a hole through glass in such an obvious place..complete and utter madness!”

“Looks great and if you don't want it in a zone 1 area of a bathroom then you'll be fine however having the light fitting in a zone 2 area is tricky because a lot depends on being able to fit the seal properly which is extremely tricky (virtually impossible). The technical team from the manufacturer didn't have a clue what they were talking about either because the manufacturers instructions states it is suitable for zone 2, however the technician on the phone said its definitely suitable for zone 1.”
