“No problem at all with the functionality of the product. Would have preferred an option to know delivery date prior to “on the day” notice of delivery as with working full time first delivery did not happen and had to organise a date when it was my next day off. Option may have helped to minimise the amount of deliveries needed.”

“Not clear reference of the mode they are (off, on, intermittent) and it took much longer than indicated to charge enough to turn on at night. I thought they were faulty and, when reached out to support, the only option given was that (after me paying the return) I would only be refunded if they determine it was really faulty so not much hope on the return... It finally work, luckily!”
