The Claire single light outdoor wall fitting features a die-cast aluminium rectangular frame in anthracite finish with clear glass panes and PIR motion sensor. This modern lantern style light has a truly contemporary look and is great for modern outdoor spaces, providing warm illumination at night. The discreet PIR movement sensor on the base has an 8 metre and 100° detection range and the time duration can be adjusted between 5 seconds and 8 minutes. “Bought two lamps instructions missing from one; only two holes for securing the lampbase to wall but diagram shows four securing screw. No provision to switch lamps on independent of the sensor and lamp has to be dismantled in order to revise the settings. Otherwise a well made lamp works first time.”

“Lovely looking light but the measurements on the website are incorrect. It is described as 160mm wide by 140mm deep when it is in fact 140mm wide by 160mm deep. As it was bought to replace an existing light on a coloured rendered wall it has now left a mark. Disappointed.”

“Although i love this lamp it really is quite beautiful however my electrician has commented on the lamp by saying that the settings inside the lamp are very sensitive. He had to alter it three times and it is still not right. At first the light stayed on for far to long during the day and so it was altered but now it doesn't stay on for long enough. It goes off before i have my key in the door which is no good to me as there is no street lighting where i live. It is rural. The next point is to change the bulb is quite bizarre. You have to undo the grub screws and then use a suction cup to lift the glass off and then screw in the bulb. I would have thought the design could be improved upon and have the light facing down instead of being upright but in in all the lamp is lovely and now i need the electrician to come back which no doubt i'll have to pay for.”
