“Very attractive item. Good price and arrived very promptly. It was very easy to install and seems to be solidly made. The only minor concern I have is that the glass panels have a gap on each side, including the top one, but it claims an IP54 rating so should be ok. The bulb does fit into a rubber seal which should be water ingress resistant. The Squirrel Cage Bulb with Dusk to Dawn Sensor is likewise quite an attractive addition, a nice glow as opposed to the harshness of a white bulb, though still good enough to fully illuminate the entrance area.”

“Still not received my order, more than one week after ordering. Website says next day delivery. This is simply not true. I have chased several times. Customer services do nothing. Shocking company to deal with.”

I am very sorry you have not received your order as yet however it is absolutely not the case that the team have not progressed the situation. When we were contacted by you two days ago regarding non-delivery we immediately got in touch with the carrier to find out the whereabouts of your parcel. While we appreciate your frustration and disappointment, the shortage of drivers in these challenging times is causing problems at some depots hence the parcel remains awaiting a courier. We have in fact already replaced the goods which are due for delivery tomorrow, Saturday 6th by a different carrier. We regret any inconvenience to you but hope you are delighted with your choices. “I am unable to write a proper review as the light did not turn up on two occasions it was supposed to be delivered. You arranged a further delivery of a new light and guess what....they turned up at the same time!! Suggest the first delivery company are jettisoned pretty quick as shocking service. NB once finally delivered I note special delivery instructions on the box which were not adhered to. Sorry but just one star. The light looks good hope it performs better than the delivery.”
