The light purchased was unfortunately damaged upon arrival. Item returned and refund completed quickly and without any fuss. Good customer relations thank you.

I was extremely disappointed as I'd had a pair a few years back and one started giving me trouble with its PIR so I purchased a replacement which arrived quickly and no hassle. But, when I try and fit it the back plate has a different entry hole for the cable, the screws that hold the unit to the back plate were too short so it wobbled about, so I used the original (previous screws) and because the original had a void at the back of the back plate to accommodate the cable and the new doesn't I've had to leave it without being fully screwd to the wall. Why have you changed a perfectly good design or your supplier?

It’s installed and working so good news here. The supporting instructions are microscopically small (too many languages included?) so are basically unreadable. The fixing to the wall is a bit fiddly and can only be done when the wiring has been connected. Unit is not ideally suited in positions wheee there is an overhang close by as it becomes difficult to insert the top back screw. No complaints once it is installed

Looks good but not installed yet: it looks like it can only be mounted flush with cable coming directly in from the wall rather than as a series as I had intended. I might have to drill a hole in the bottom of the mounting plate so that I can wire it in and run cable along the wall. Either that or might require drilling holes through walls and plugging into an internal switch socket?

Attractive design but extremely fiddly to connect, tiny printed instructions, pir timings not adjustable. I chose the brighter of the two bulbs but that at 4w / 470lm is not bright enough. And not cheap. After just one day of acceptable performance, it stopped working. I firstly checked the bulb, which lit perfectly in an indoor lamp. Then I dismantled your lamp to check all the wiring - which was correct. On reconnecting the electricity supply, your lamp performed ok. Then, on the third evening, it again failed to light. This is totally unacceptable. Please advise or fully reimburse me.
