“This was supposed to be a birthday present so was booked for fast delivery to be there on time the house number was not put on the delivery form so came 5 days later missed birthday altogether did send a email to say about this and asked for refund on fast delivery which not one person have replied except asking for a review of the service I would say rubbish and rubbish complaints team”

Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry you appear to be disappointed with us. However, I have just checked your order confirmation. These are generated using the information provided by customers at the time of their on-line transaction. I'm afraid the error does not lie with us. No house number was provided with the delivery address. I have just re-sent a copy of your order confirmation to you to allow you to review. As a result of the missing detail our carriers contacted us to obtain the information from you as they were unable to deliver without it. Hence my colleague then rang you for the house number. It's probably worth taking a few moments to check over orders when nearing the end of a transaction before submitting to ensure all the required information is present. The Customer Care Team

“Nice lamp. Just right for where I wanted to position it. We did have to place it on a paving slab for stability. On half light it still shines bright at 4am.”

“SOLAR LAMP ARRIVED ON THE PROMISED DATE BUT NO SCREWS INCLUDED IN THE BOX. WROTE AN E-MAIL BY RETURN AND 7 DAYS LATER STILL AWAITING A REPLY. VERY DISAPPOINTED. SUCH LACK OF SERVICE PUTS ONE FROM DEALING WITH THE COMPANY AGAIN.POOR SERVICE OVER A SMALL ITEM”
