Good Morning Mr. Brennan, Please see extract below from our email sent to you on 5th May at 13:20. Perhaps you have overlooked. "I am very sorry to hear you are so disappointed with us. Unfortunately it is not always possible to reverse the process once a parcel is at the dispatch stage. The delivery company DX are not contracted with regard to returning orders hence the issues you have experienced. We have a returns process via DHL which can be accessed from our website. In the circumstances however I am happy to arrange a collection for you directly". As per the email we await confirmation of a date convenient to you and we will book the collection immediately. “Bought two of these lights and now they are up they look very nice indeed. One of them was okay but the other one had a crossthreaded screw in it which was so tight trying to undo it caused the head to damage. So it then had to be drilled out. Also it becomes very fiddly when changing bulbs.”
