“Product and delivery fine. Message, email with company prior to purchase completely ignored twice. No ability to telephone company. Tried calling Lyco number, hopeless. As a trade buyer a little surprised, working with alternative supplier now. Cannot work with companies that make it very difficult to communicate.”
