“These are simply to set up and well designed to resist the winter wind and rain. I take them down after the Christmas festivities and make sure they have at least 24 hours to dry out in a warm room before putting them into store. The price of these items has risen over the years but they do appear to last if cared for.”

“Ordered goods on 2/12/21 and paid extra for guaranteed 1-2 days delivery. It’s now 10/12/21 and I still haven’t received it. I was told it’s with the carrier Hermes and they have delays due to Black Friday. Why wasn’t I told this and surely regardless of Black Friday it should be delivered by now. I am extremely disappointed about the lack of customer care by Lighting Direct and will probably not use them again”

I am very sorry your order is delayed. Unfortunately, the carrier network is at absolute capacity due to the time of year.
