“The actual product arrived broken. The internal bracket holding the light had come away . This was so disappointing but I must say the service I received once I rang the Company was amazing. I spoke to a lady called Catherine who was so helpful. My disappointment was quickly replaced by amazing customer service. Well done. In a world where service is not prioritised anymore I was very happy with the service I received, It was excellent. Thank you. “We ordered this picture light and it was delivered, very well packed and made sure there wasnt any damage to it during transportation. it arrived within a few days and was just what we wanted. It was as described and gave a nice gentle light over the picture. I would definately reccomend this company for all your lighting needs, thanks very much Lighting Direct.”

“Description said “rechargeable” which is why I bought it so I could run it for some hours, but is just a battery light!! We followed the instructions for installation and were happy with the look and the easy installation. The light switches off after 15mins which we were not aware of!! We read the instruction leaflet which just refers to following an instruction booklet thatcwasn’t included. The instructions on the back of the picture instructions refer to an electric light fitting. I contacted customer services for the booklet stating we wanted the time increased but have not had any response other than this survey!!! Very dissapointed!!!”

“The light looks very good and well built but I’m not happy with the fact that I need to replace the batteries every 3-4 days, you should integrate a usb c charging port or at least provide rechargeable batteries.”
