“The lamp post was delivered within 3 days of being ordered and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was simple and took about 10 minutes. I have added a flame effect bulb for more authenticity. I would certainly buy from this company again.”

“Product looks good except the glass sections to the top light are not held securely. The slightest wind and they fall inwards. In addition there are no proper installation instructions, or even tips or advice, with the Lighthouse Exterior Lights. Should the base be concrete or not, how deep or wide is recommended for the base hole, should the screws that attach the base protrude completely through the base holes or not. etc etc. My first installation, based on trial an error has left me with a light that is insecure. I expect because my concrete hole was too deep and not wide enough - bolts therefore not a firm base. Very annoying. Second one fine as I learnt by trial and error.”

“There were three essential screws missing, the ones that hold the base section to the post, but we managed to get them at the local DIY store. Still think it was good value though”
