“Terrible customer service. Emailed 5 days ago and got auto response saying they'll get back within 1 working day. Never heard anything. Tried calling umpteen times and got answer message saying your call is important to us... just not sure how important it is to them but still no answer and no response to my email. Maybe I have to take it legal as they owe me a new light because one got sent smashed...”

“Good luminaire well made disappointed that the screw holding the front of the unit did not line up and had to re tap the thread to get another longer screw in. This on both units installed.”
