“The lamps are great. Delivery efficient. What a shame it was all let down by being unable to get through to the customer services when one lamp was broken. Usual excuse that very busy and will get back to you in 2 days. That was 4 days ago and no response. Pretty poor really. Probably won’t use this company again.”

“Excellent product and spot on for our Living Room. Brilliant customer service especially Charlotte in Sales. When our order arrived we had one broken lamp in the box and our son broke one fitting it (very fragile). After 1 email Charlotte kindly arranged for two replacements Free of Charge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product and also the company. Bought from them before and will definitely be buying from them again. Thanks”
