“The downlight element is a massive improvement (in terms of ambience and a much lighter dining area), compared with the similar (but uplight only) design we have lived with for the past 16 years. sturdy, quality build and delivered on time and in appropriate packaging for this fragile item x3. Helpful, courteous and responsive customer service too by email (my original voice message for some reason, never received a call back - but things got handled well and quickly by email).”

“I agree with reviews already made.I do like it and light pattern good.Almost impossible to fit the standard e27 bulb as light is too narrow. As it's a plaster moulding it would be so easy to adjust for future purchasers! Disastrous courier arrangements but situation recovered by Lyco's customer services Catherine who was excellent.”

“The first light I ordered arrived smashed, as did the second which I'd hoped would replace it, so both were returned and I have not ordered again - clearly the packaging needs a great deal of improvement before they can arrive intact.”
