“I am happy with the lights as expected for the price. Unfortunately one arrived broken in the box. I received a swift response form customer care telling me that a replacement was being sent within a couple of days. I have not received it and they have not replied to my emails since. I’m a light short for the room and not sure I can even arrange a refund!!”

“Good product. Casts a good useful light. Only issue is fixing to the wall. Not easy and couldn't work out how to fit the washers without a flexible right angle screwdriver.”

“I'm delighted with these lights. I've just had a chimney redesigned and built and wanted the wall lights either side to be subtle and yet classy. These work perfectly - really easy to fit and can be painted the same colour as the wall. They blend it but I've had so many compliments on them. I teamed with Philips Hue lights and feel well fancy now! Delivery was seamless and quick and these were a good price. I'd definitely use Lighting Direct again.”

“Delighted. Ordered 4 of these. Can be painted to match the wall (which is what we wanted). Non obtrusive and give a really good ambient light. Lights arrived quickly and even when I ordered the wrong item I was able to return (at no cost) and was refunded quickly. New order arrived within a couple of days. Lighting Direct were faultless.”
