“Bought light to replace same model which I had had for years. New model has definately been upgraded. Fitted perfectly on existing mount that hubby didn't want to take down. We could not believe the range of light this new lamp provides. As soon as I walk out of my conservatory door the motion triggers the light situated on my shed and the garden is bathed in a substantial light. Deffo impressed. Thank you.”

“Ordered a Tamara light from lighting direct as detailed on there website on behalf of my customer as it was to be a replacement of their existing Tamara light Received a zinc light which was not ordered so sent email to customer services after 5 working days no response so sent second email. The following day received a phone call from lighting direct they did not know what the difference was between the two lights so said they would look into it and get back to me by email well as of today's date no email (NOT SURPRISED!!!) So to sum it up did not receive what was ordered customer services total waste of time could have bought Zinc light cheaper elsewhere and not had to pay postage Only gave one star as I could not give no stars”

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We received your query on 4th November and unfortunately only have completed investigations today, 9th November - the weekend in between delayed matters somewhat. I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We recently changed suppliers as these lights became unavailable from a previous supplier and are so popular with customers, due to their ease of use and competitive price, we wanted to keep them in our range. i understand there is a difference in the finish which may not match any purchased before the changeover. “Fitted in place still waiting on them work in and yes I switched on Contacted shop about batteries and charger to no avail all I got was batteries are fitted then light bulbs fitted at manufacturers when all I wanted was 5o know about charger and extra batteries overall poor show”
