“Nothing wrong with the bulbs but your returns policy is unbelievably expensive. You would charge me a minimum of £5.99 to return bulbs that cost £9.99 with no option to send via Royal Mail at a cheaper price. This is clearly a ploy to stop people returning small items after changing their minds. I had intended to use you again for lights I want in another room but that is now not going to happen. I shall also be leaving a similar review on Google”
