“Poor customer service once the item was ordered. I ordered two chandeliers at the same time as the order of the bulbs, and it said next day delivery. I asked where the two chandeliers were and was confused as I was first told the order didn’t exist despite money being taken from my account. A few days later I was then told that the item was on its way, however I’m still awaiting confirmation that the item has been delivered but haven’t received replies .”

Thanks for taking the time to comment. On checking your order this was for 5 bulbs only which were delivered 2 days after you ordered them with us. There is no order for you for two chandeliers not with ourselves anyway. Have you contacted the correct company? Kind Regards Customer Service
