“I Havew no idea that my current personal alarm ie an A18 Pebbell fot the following reasons. Firstly
because the handbook sent with this alarm is for the previous alarm, and for many other reasons
i have nor idea what the indicator lights do except probably for charging, i get a flashing light during the last two nights with no idea what this means. Do i get a verbal warning when the unit needs chgarging or is it a light indication, More importantly what do i do in an emergency,
All the above has left me without proper cover for the last few days and how much longer am i to be without prpoper cover.
I pay a lot of money for your support which has bee nearly faultless. However, I feel severaly let down
over the last weeks, I have requested the handbook associated with the new alarm and nothing has arrived yet, If necessary sent it by email”
