“Purchased the alarm and pendant as mum slipped in the garden and couldn’t get up, she didn’t have her phone in her pocket so couldn’t phone. Fortunately I was going over anyway so had to clamber over the neighbours fence to help her back up. It really frightened mum so this was when we decided to purchase the pendant and alarm so at least she could get help and we would get a phone call for assistance.”
