Thank you for getting in touch today and for leaving us your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have not found your new Pendant as comfortable as your old device.
To clarify, the weight and size of the GPS Go Alarm reflects the level of technology that is required for its increased functionality. It is not possible at this time to make a smaller device that has the level of GPS technology built into it, necessitating the build of the device being as it is.
As such, it is not possible at this time to supply a smaller device. If you would like to keep the GPS technology, it would need to be with this Pendant. It is possible to wear it on a belt or a keychain instead if that would be more appropriate.
Alternatively, we can arrange for the Device to be swapped with the old kind of Pendant that you used to have to have. This would remove the GPS functionality from your plan but would be a more comfortable Pendant. If this is something you would like done, please feel free to call us on 0800 999 0400 to begin the process.
