“I think it would be a good idea , if we are told that when the phone rings SO does. The alarm, I was quite disturbed at first, thought I had done something wrong!! Also I felt it would have been good to know a little of how it works, I was not sure, so of course I had to shout from my living room and hoped they heard me(which they did) when I tested it, just me ,I expect but it may help someone else! Otherwise I think it is brilliant and makes me (and my family!) feel secure.

“We've only had the unti a week, so this comment is from the perspective of researching it, ordering and installing it. The website was very clear in terms of how the whole Lifeline system worked, and costs were clearly laid out, making comparisons with other products easy. The ordering process wa simpel and delivery very quick - next day. Self installation is very straightforward and what I like about the base station and the pendants is that they are very simple and clear - what I call "Fischer-Price like", so easy to comprehend for my aging parents. The testing set-up worked fine, including being able to connect from a long way down our garden which I had been slightly worried about. My mother has embraced wearing her alarm pendant since it's very lightweight and unobtrusive. So far, very good - thanks”
