“When I completed the connection check, speaking to several different members of staff, I did feel that the service was a little abrupt and certainly didn’t reassure my elderly and frail in-laws that there would be a caring response at the end of the phone if they were to fall or need the support of the service. Hopefully they will never need to use the service, but if so, maybe they will receive a reassuring and kind response.”
“Only just installed this for my mum and hopefully I will never need to amend my review to indicate how well it works!! Anyway, setting it up and testing was very straightforward and the help from the operator made everything simple - the operator was extremely polite and friendly. Mum is now confident of how it all works and feels very re-assured. Just need to get the keysafe fitted outside and that should safeguard her for all possible scenarios. Very pleased so far.”
