“Of the three VR experiences being as part of the experience my VR goggles failed to function on two of them. I was offered a drink token as a goodwill gesture which hardly made up for the lack of that part of the ‘immersive experience. This had been bought as a gift for me and we had travelled a considerable distance to attend.
Many of the safekeeping lockers did not work.
Other than that, the staff were polite and very helpful however, overall I was disappointed.”
