“What an amazing experience! From start to finish it was so organised and well planned. The actors were all brilliant and so involved. We would definitely recommend.”
“We really enjoyed the gunpowder plot- the whole interactive experience was great. However, we were served by 2 waitresses whilst there who were both extremely rude. One who told one of our party what size of drink she could have and so undersold the drinks on offer so our party of 7 only ordered half the drinks they would have. We asked about food and were told the kitchen would be open until 9pm so we could order after our experience. When we came out of the experience we sat down and were told the kitchen was no longer serving. This was before 8pm! We said we were told we would be able to order until 9pm. And she snapped at us that she couldn’t do anything and she would get her manager. The manager told us we could email and complain but there was nothing he could do. Having looked at the menu before we went in to the experience I can tell you with the food, drinks, desserts and the undersold drinks pre show this is at least £300 that we have been able to spend elsewhere”
“This was amazing! I actually thought that I was part of the gunpowder plot on the 5th of November 1605!!! The actors were great! They made interaction and acting with them so easy and fun!!
