“The Edgeworth Matt Black were a little tight when I tried them on in the shop. Josh the lovely store manager said they would "'stretch' a bit and fit like slippers within a day or two". I really liked them. So I bought them. Josh was not wrong. These are the lightest, most comfortable waterproof boots I have ever owned. The real test will be how long they last before needing repair or replacement. I have had them a month and walk on average 5km a day walking the dogs on all sorts of terrain.... I hope they are true to the marketing and are 'made to last'.”
“Hi, the boots look good and are very comfortable even from the first wear. However after wearing them a couple of times...(in town not on rough terrain bought them only last month) I noticed the stitching has come apart at the top of one of the boots. I had intended bringing them back but on finding my reciept I realised as a sample that are non returnable, something I wasn't made aware of when purchasing. I probably would have brought them anyway as i do have another pair from you that are great hence the second purchase. As a sample pair I assumed they may be slightly worn in but not damaged or weak at any points. Any advice? I still reccomend you but would advise caution with samples or ex display. I realise they were much less expensive but still expect some longevity. If you could maybe repair them i would be happy to give another 5* review. Thanks”
“I purchased a pair of the 365 boot and the sole has come unstuck on the RH boot which is poor. Apart from this issue the boots are so comfortable and the quality of the leather is very high. I would appreciate it if someone could come back to me to see if the sole issue can be rectified?”
