“Ordered for my wife who is a UK size 5, had to return as too large. No 4.5s in stock at Lanx, no phone number to call and Lanx didn’t answer our email regarding availability of 4.5. So ordered size 4 as she liked the shoes so much, too small, so also returning them. It’s a great shame Lanx produce great footwear and marketing but Lanx are sorely let down by the absence of any person to person customer service. Not sure we’d have the confidence to order again.”
