“I have had the most appalling experience with this company. After returning a pair of boots I did not like they demanded I pay for them anyway because they claim I was outside their 14 day return policy when in fact I wasn't. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a company.”

“I ordered a pair of Chipping Tan boots on Monday afternoon. They arrived on Tuesday afternoon, and I'm not disappointed! I'm usually a UK size 7, which is an EU size 42, but this didn't match with the Lanx sizing, so opted for an EU size 42, which is a Lanx size 8. Boots look gorgeous, and fit really well. Not too big, but roomy enough to wear winter socks, and still comfy if I wear them with tights.
They are extremely well made, and seem like they will last. Thankfully they do not have a zip up the side (zips on lace up boots are a pet hate of mine), and still easy to get on and off. Proper, well made, old fashioned boots, which are somehow modern and trendy at the same time!”

However they were so beautiful, and unlike anything I could find elsewhere, so I decided to take the plunge. On arrival, they did not disappoint.
