“I love these. They stand out from the usual brown brogues but not in a way that's too in your face. Due to the weave of the leather, they seem to give a little more which is great for me as I have fairly wide feet. As with all the Lanx shoes, they are beautifully made from high quality materials and I'm sure will last me a while. Never like to rush things I have just started to wear them and just as I remember the are fantastically comfortable even the tongue is padded making them a superb fit. I will be buying another pair of shoes as soon as the design I’m waiting for ( September I believe) is available. As you say proper shoes made locally”
