Hi Valerie, I am sorry to hear about the issue you faced when washing the product. My colleague Sophie has already reached out to you to request images of the product after the wash and provided you with a returns link so that you can return said products. Once we confirm the fault, we will action your refund within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the products back in our warehouse. This is the first time we have had any issues with the fabric quality of our products, so any information you can provide in terms of washing settings etc would be greatly appreciated.
