Hello Mr Baker, I am sorry to hear that you have had a few issues with FedEx, I can see that your order left us on the 31st, so it should have been with you on the 1st. According to the tracking information the parcel was delivered on the 4th. The service you selected was a1-3 working day service, we do have guaranteed next working day delivery which is £8.99.
