“Ordered this and arrive completely smashed up. Due to be delivered by Fed ex and they made we wait in for the parcel for three full days. Then parcel was delivered and left over the side gate. It was not very well packaged.”

Hello Faye, Apologies for the inconveniences caused, I do know that less that 1% of our parcels occur damages, however when shipping glass this does sometimes happen. I will certainly pass your packaging comments on to the warehouse manager. I can see that the transaction for this order was refunded in full yesterday.
