“I don't believe there is anything wrong with the Tubes persay, what is wrong is the misleading information about the product on the website. I wanted to buy the lamp fittings complete not have to fork out later to buy the tubes after thinking I had already purchased them. The website is unclear, I shall vote with my feet and find an alternative supplier that makes it clear what you buying.”

“Brilliant tubes, bought 3 of these to replace old fluorescents, don’t hesitate if you are considering doing the same! Really simple retrofit into old fitting, just follow instructions you can find on line…of which there are plenty, just be aware though that there are U.S. versions, don’t confuse them with ours!”
