“Unfortunately, in the first delivery, the four fluorescent tubes were damaged in shipping. However, after an email to the company, they were immediately sent out again with improved packaging. They are working well.”

“Cannot buy these tubes in the local shops now, so was very pleased to order two from lampshop online.As it happens one was faulty but a replacement was was put in the post straight away, the service was very impressive.”
