“This light fitting has a steel wire lanyard to allow the fitting to hang from the lanyard whilst the electrical supply cables are connected to it, BUT, one end of the lanyard just detached itself immediately and the light fitting dropped to the ground, fortunately without damage, but this BASIC fault needs to be addressed.”
