“The tube arrived promptly well packaged I thought. But one of the bulb is broken although it didn't splash out as it has got some paper flim on the outside, but inside I can see the glasses broken and pieces moving. It is a premium for packaging and delivery so would expect to be delivered in one piece.”

“Hi Thank you for the order, awesome staff and aftersales. So happy ou have changed your courier as the previous company were awful. Product fab had one faulty out of 30+ bulbs and we were sent a replacement with no questions.”

“Simple swap for old fluorescent tube and starter for new LED tube and starter. No need to mess with any wiring. Would highly recommend Energiser LED tubes - have used their 4ft, 5ft and 6ft tubes - all work fine with their supplied starter. Excellent service from Lampshop.”
