“The package arrived and everything was smashed so I emailed your company immediately with pictures asking for a returns policy and got no reply . I then called your company and asked what was going on and your representative checked he had my email and after confirming he had received it said he would send a response shortly, And again I got nothing. I have since sent a further email which was also ignored so now I'm seeking advice to get you to give me a refund . If this is how you treat your customers you deserve to go bankrupt .”

“I had 15 LED lights to convert so rather than go to the expense of ordering new fittings and bulbs I used these enegizer units they worked a treat and with them being daylight it's made a massive difference. Great service and a great product, what more can you ask for. Thank you Lampshoponline”

“We have some old fluorescent units, so I tried this LED retrofit and all worked brilliantly and it immediately showed up how dull the old units are! I will now be buying these retrofit LED tubes for the rest of the units. Just to mention that one of the tubes was broken on delivery, it was replaced immediately by the helpful team at Lampshoponline.”
