“4 tubes with next day delivery turned up all broken. This was not courier damage it was packing. 4 new tubes turned up 5 day's later saying they would be packed better but no difference, 2 broken. Ask for refund and would only refund for 2 tubes and would only adjust postage from next day to standard delivery. After all the problems and having to be home for delivery I would have thought a full refund would be the least possible for the inconvenience.”

“brilliant sums these tubes up. easy to fit. no issues. Ensure your fitting has a starter else you will have to rewire your fitting.”

“I have bought many of these LED tubes and they all came with the information that they use less power and will last for 30,000 hrs. some of them do! but I have never returned any because I have't kept the receipt, my fault, I know.”
