“Nothing wrong with the product itself. However, I reached out to the sales team twice (phone & email) asking about a return as I have ordered it in wrong size. Yes, it's my own fault but the company policy states clearly returns are possible. When I spoke on the phone, the person told me they will send a return form. Never received it, so sent an email - nobody replied to it...”

“Straight replacement for old fluorescent tubes was easy. Give off a brighter light so I've just installed two instead of four and have cut my energy use by 75%”
