“I ordered the wrong colour I ordered an ‘Extra Warm White’ colour which was not the colour I wanted. So I didn’t send it back as I couldn’t find the exact colour I was looking for which would be bright white colour bulb on their website and by the time I’d sent it back and paid another postage it wouldn’t be worth it. It was my fault not the company’s so I give them 5 stars as they kept their part of the bargain as I received the bulb I ordered and they posted the bulb very quickly.”
