“Arrived promptly, and unlike a similar bulb I bought from another company - who shall remain nameless - this one arrived intact. One point I'd make, though - these bulbs are contained in a thin cardboard tube - and can slide out very easily. So although it arrived wrapped in lots of bubble wrap, the ends weren't secured - and it was only luck that prevented the tube slipping out into the envelope and being smashed! However, I'm pleased with the prompt delivery and the fact that all was well, so I'm not docking any stars. Just want to tell the company to pay attention to this one point, and when sending a tube bulb, seal up the wrapping at both ends - don't leave it open!”
