“I highly recommend LampShopOnline for speed of delivery, packaging and customer service. T12 tubes are for older strip light fittings and cannot be obtained in the local DIY store. I was nervous about ordering such a fragile item by delivery but the tubes were incredibly well packaged and arrived on time. After fitting the tubes they failed to work but LampShopOnline were able to provide technical advice that the cause could be aging starters; they were able to ship new starters without delay and this fixed the problem. I will use LampShopOnline without hesitation if I need similar products in future.”

“Great to be able to source these tubes. Sadly let down by the delivery. Ordered on time and paid for next day delivery as it was time critical (electrician on site). Goods delivered one day late. The result is that the elderly lady hasn't had her kitchen light replaced which has caused her distress.”

“Goods arrived within the timescale, very well wrapped. All in all, a quick convenient way to buy fluorescent tubes - as this is the first time I have bought ANY light fittings on-line, I was very pleased. Good product, good service”
