“Tubes very good, however, I received an email from Lampshop on-line telling me that I would receive a 5% discount if I completed an order " NOW" that I had left in the basket. I completed the order, but did not receive a discount. When I enquired about not getting the discount as promised, they told me that I had to complete the order within 1 hour of receiving the email. The email conveniently did not mention this. This in my opinion is not the way to retain customers for future business.”

Hi John, very sorry your order took longer than expected. We had some delays with this item due to high demands earlier on in the year. They are very rare the T12 tubes and we are one of the select few who can still get these so sometimes the demand overwhelms the stock and delivery. “Grateful that there is still a supply of this now obsolete tube. Got myself 3, 1 for use now and 2 spares. Good price although cost of posting nearly doubled this still not too expensive. Came well packed.”

“Tube arrived very promptly - well packaged. Good value for money considering stocks of this model are becoming harder to find. Company rung me up a few days later to confirm that it had been received and that it was all OK - that's what I call service!!!”
