“The jumper iwas very badly made. Plucks in the yarn were clearly visible. The texture of the jumper was poor. I would have returned it but I am disabled and reliant on other people to deal with returns for me. I took the view that because I had used my discount voucher and the jumper was reduced in the sale so that I was not very much out of pocket. I would never have worn the jumper so I stuck it into the recycling bin.”
