“I have quite a few lakeland jackets that I have collected over the years. I was disappointed when I received this jacket as the photo looks like a staright boxy biker style but actually it falres out a bit at the hip. Its also mushroom in colour and white pumice was a poor description. As a bolnd this colour just doesn't suiot me. I have returned it to store, had a refund, processed by the the very friendly manager of Southport store. She also re-ordered a white boxy shape jacket which I saw in store, but they didn't have my size, which is coming this week by free post to home adddress. All should be well in both colour and style with the replacement. Just not always as clear online sometimes as seeing something in store. All is well! Lakeland Leathers offer a prompt and efficient customer service for returns. All well organised.”
