“Couldn't dismantle my old barstools to replace gas piston so these are the most cost-effective option. less than half the price of a new stool, but you know this if you are reading about these units.
fast delivery and nice and shiny. Only one problem in that one of the unit base plates that attaches to the seat was bent. I managed to straighten it and it was fine. Oh, it also had a screw on handle missing, but I robbed one of the old unit so again, no problem. Overall very happy. no more squeaking and collapsing :)”
