“Ordered last weekend and the chair arrived in a surprisingly compact box on Tuesday. Delivery was fast and free. The chair is earmarked for our new home office and is ideal. It is of good quality and was very easy to put together. Simply bolt the seat moulding to the legs which are pre assembled. Of course it is a well know classic, timeless design. I could easily have ordered something similar from John Lewis, IKEA or Made but was keen to support small business. I would have no hesitation in ordering again or recommending to family and friends”

“Whilst the chair design is good, there were wrong parts enclosed with one of the four chairs purchased. Having contacted the company twice with no reply I resorted to buying my own parts from a hardware store - unacceptable customer service.”

“I found the ordering process through to delivery absolutely fine. The chairs were also really easy to assemble. However, it is a shame that the moulding on the underside of the seat creates an impression on the seat. I have six existing chairs from another company and their isn't an impression, so I can only guess it's due to a slightly different manufacturing process.”
